On Monday, March 11, 2025, the Ghana JET team took a significant step toward driving economic transformation by meeting with Mr Augustus Obuadum Tannoh, Presidential Advisor and his team for 24-hour Economy and Accelerated Export Development.
At the heart of the conversation was a shared vision: creating well-paying jobs while enhancing productivity and competitiveness across key industries. Ghana JET introduced its mission and explored how it could support the Secretariat’s objectives, particularly in strengthening Ghana’s manufacturing capabilities. The discussions identified clear opportunities for collaboration, with a focus on textiles and garments, pharmaceuticals, and the automotive industry.
By aligning efforts, Ghana JET aims to support the Government of Ghana in positioning these industries as pillars of economic growth. This partnership has the potential to unlock investment, drive exports, and create sustainable employment.
