Export Order Facilitation for Ghanaian Textile and Garment Manufacturers (Global Sourcing agents)

Dear Prospective Offeror,
Palladium, as the implementing partner of the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO)- funded Ghana Jobs and Economic Transformation (JET) Programme, is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal in response to the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) titled “Export Order Facilitation for Ghanaian Textile and Garment Manufacturers (Global Sourcing agents).”

The JET programme supports Ghana’s ambition to drive job creation and economic transformation by catalysing investment and productivity growth in strategic manufacturing sectors, including textiles and garments. Through this RFP, JET aims to engage a qualified sourcing agent (firm or individual) to secure export orders from international buyers for up to four high-potential garment manufacturers in Ghana during the six (6)-month pilot phase. These manufacturers are currently receiving technical assistance to meet quality, ESG, and productivity benchmarks and are ready to engage global buyers.

This is a full and open competitive procurement. Submissions will be evaluated based on demonstrated experience in securing large-scale orders, familiarity with international sourcing and apparel markets, and pricing structure. We particularly welcome proposals that prioritize performance-based contracting, in line with our objective of incentivizing commercially sustainable linkages.

We look forward to receiving your proposal and thank you in advance for your interest in working with the JET Programme. For any questions or clarifications, please refer to the contact details provided in the RFP.

Warm Regards,
Signed.
Eugene Sangmortey
Team Leader (Ghana JET)
